Just sharing a vent/frustration.  Editing copy anywhere in Taleo is a nightmare.  Doesn't matter what browser you use, use the plain text or paste from Word icons, use an html stripper, use in Notepad first to be plain text, clear formatting in Word first, view in Source code and edit the html, nothing.  You get everything the way you want and it looks great then you click save and BAM!  It changes the font color, size, font type ruins the bullets and spacing, it's ridiculous.  Welcome Center, message templates, req templates, job postings, all terrible.  Something that should take 30 seconds
