Business unable to generate csv file in FBDI template

FBDI template - Generate CSV File button not working

Hi,

One of my business team member, is facing issues while clicking on the "Generate CSV File" button in the Invoice creation FBDI template.

The button is not clicking for her. She is using a windows system.

What setups can I check for her?
