Correspondences changing CC field when resolving unresolved tokens

So we just found something pretty annoying in 20B.2.
We use a lot of "fake" tokens in our correspondence templates to prompt the recruiter to fill out some variable bit of information like interview time or something.
When using the template, the preview where it lists the unresolved tokens and a space to fill them out lists the correct email in the CC, however as soon as you go to the next screen to preview the final result, the candidates email address has replaced whatever was in the CC field. Even if it blank on the template.
Any one experience this?
