Summary

Upon SO ship confirmation, fusion install base records are inserted through orchestration task Asset Management. Similarly, upon Sales Order delivery confirmation, can IB records be updated

Content

1. Inventory Item is enabled for Fusion Install Base.  And serial control is enabled. 

2. Upon Sales Order ship confirmation, fusion install base records are inserted with the serial numbers with the sales order shipment information automatically through Asset Management task. 

3. Upon Sales Order delivery confirmation, it is required to update fusion install base records with the corresponding serial numbers with proof of delivery confirmation details.  Any out of box orchestration task similar to ship confirmation.
