OTBI Previous Job History/Records Without Logical SQL or Custom-SQL/BIP - Possible?

Hello,
Can anyone please help me with the below scenario?
I would like to get previous job changes/history (and few additional columns as well like Dept, Business Unit, Start Date and End-Dates) of a person within OTBI itself and not through logical SQL route or BIP.
By default, OTBI picks-up the latest record based param_effective_date. So, I always get the 4th record.
In the below example, I would like to have all the first three records.
