At Gore, we are reviewing our current requisition form and looking to make a few changes in an effort to streamline and simplify our intake and req creation process. We have already solicited internal input, which will result in the removal of unused fields and reorganization of requisition content, and we are now seeking external best practices and insight from other companies.
