Talent Profile issue with Competencies

After migrating to the responsive pages and enhanced talent profile, competencies are not updating to the competencies section in the Skills and Qualification Page. We have this set up in the Performance Template that supervisor ratings are set to yes for Talent Profile. Our migration to enhanced Talent Profile was successful but our testing for any of our new reviews in the responsive UI are not flowing to competencies. Any suggestions as our Performance Template is set to yes?
