Price non Mandatory on Requisition for Non - catalog

Hi All,

We have a requirement to make price non-mandatory for non catalog requisition.

As of now Price & Supplier are marked mandatory in our customer environment.

1) Supplier - I was able to remove the Supplier marked as mandatory via page customization.

2) Price- Even after page Customization, after marking as Not Required, this is still mandatory. The case is for both Enter Line & Smart Form

Requirement: The user is not aware of Price for non-catalog Requisition. They can create PR without Price. Buyer will review PR to enter price and supplier before converting to PO.

Please let know if this is possible or not.
