Hello Oracle Folks -

   We have this requirement that we need to create an FAQ bot but we are are thinking what best to use QnA or Answer Intent. We aim to route the user to a follow-up flow after the answer has been given by the bot.

I already read Oracle blogs about the difference of the two and when its best to use. Though, I still have some questions 

  • I know QnA can redirect the user to another flows after it provided the answer but is the QnA going away soon? We dont want to use a feature that will be decommissioned anytime soon
