This post will describe how to create and manage Negotiation deliverables in Sourcing events.

There are three types of contractual deliverables - Contractual, Internal and Negotiation.

During Sourcing events, only Negotiation type of deliverables can be acted upon by Supplier bidders. Negotiation type deliverables are part of the Negotiation document, but are not copied to purchasing documents or contracts created from the negotiation award outcome.

Prerequisites:

  • Do NOT opt-in to feature 'Create Supplier Contracts from Negotiation Award'.
