Costing for a Person issue in 20C

After 20C upgrade, the option to create / edit / delete the Costing for a Person has been disabled.

Dear All,

After 20C upgrade, the option to create / edit / delete the Costing for a Person has been disabled. Navigation is My Client Groups > Person Management > Search for a person > Actions > Payroll > Costing for a Person

Could any one please confirm if you are facing this issue in 20C ? If so, could you please share how this issue has been resolved ?
