User would like to control the values that can be selected in the user POV of Financial Reporting Studio

User would like to display the limited values on LOV through User POV Setting. 
And User would like to control the values that can be selected in the user POV of Financial Reporting Studio, but the control is not reflected even if he or she updated it on the web.

I would like to request to display the limited values on LOV through User POV Setting.
Although User POV is a user preference, the report designer would like to set it up for the user.
