Will No Activity Rule Applicable for Balance Comparison Profile?

In ARCS, not getting the option to select "No Activity" in the Auto Reconciliation Method while creating the Profiles.

We can select the Auto Reconciliation Method while creating the Profiles whether it can be an Account Analysis or Balance Comparison Profiles. But when we tried to create a balance comparison with No Activity as an Auto Reconciliation Rule, it is not getting applied in the system and showing the error.

I have gone through the Admin guide and it's showing No Activity rule applicable for Balance Comparison but couldn't find it in the drop-down while creating the profiles.
