Possibility of the transactions upload by the user from the import transaction in the Job section

To make the user to upload the transactions in the import transactions area, when one or two transactions needs modification.

In the Transaction matching module, we can import transactions from the Job section manually by taking the particular match type. But the same cannot apply to the user, they can edit the transactions and cancel the transactions but cannot upload the transactions.

Edit option will be fine if the user needs to edit a limited transaction, in case they need to edit multiple line items, exporting the transactions and editing it manually and upload the transactions back would be a better plan of attack. This scenario will be faced many times when we are uploading the opening information.
