Hi,

Requisition is approved and a Purchase order created

User selects edit order to create a change order

There is no option to add a new line to the change order , is this a privilege issue? Advanced Procurement requester role has been assigned to the user

Buyer role is able to add a new line on the change order through Purchase orders.
