Fluid Recruiting- Do not see Libraries

The libraries tab and its list of contents are not seen in the recruiting section.

Hi,

After the upgrade to fluid recruiting, we are not able to find the 'Libraries' tab. Its has Templates, disqualification questions, competencies to choose. Can someone point us if they figured where to find them?
