Hi there,

I'd like to know if there is a way to pass data from oracle chat inlays to the digital assistant through a profile variable. 

Being more specific, Oracle Chat Inlays are able to detect whether or not an agent is available in an oracle service cloud chat queue. Is it possible to access this and pass it as a profile variable to ODA? If there is a way in digital assistant version 20.6, I'd still like to know
