Can I include my manager's email, who is not the owner on the req, but wants to be informed of all new reqs approved or created, as a CC on the "Req approved email" notification once the req is fully approved? I tested it but the hiccup is he gets CC'd 3 times for each email that goes out to each req owner, and we would want to have him receive it only once a new req is approved (or even gets a req ID # within draft, if possible)? The goal is to inform him about all new requisitions
