Create Subledger Application Setup in Spreadsheet task allows the setup template to be downloaded on local machine.

When trying to enter data into the XlaSourceSystemSetup.xlsm after accepting the excel prompts to "Enable Editing" and "Enable Content" says " The sheet is protected and requires a Password" to Unprotect.

Is this prompted by default or due to a lack of any privilege.
