Checklist task can be bypassed without providing information

Hi All,

The main issue here is that when you go into an onboarding action like Personal Details, even though you have fields like DOB and Gender mandatory, unless the Pending Worker or Employee clicks the edit button in that section of the screen the validation does not kick in and the task can be marked completed which causes issues in downstream integrations.

Anyone able to shed some light if they have any solutions?

We have thought of having alerts sent to candidates to put this information if they have missed but it isn't a great piece of solution.
