Inactivate users in HCM in bulk

Summary

Every semester a report of retired people is sent and it is required to be able to carry out this process with all users at the same time and not just one by one, does anyone know the process to carry

Can someone guide me through the process necessary to massively inactivate user accounts in HCM (Oracle cloud 20c) or when you want to modify a personal field and apply it to several users (for example, email field update), There is a template that can be exported the system and use it?
