ACA Eligible Life Event Setup

Looking for how to set up an ACA Life Event when ACA Eligible field is populated on AssignmentContent
Client is using a 3rd party to track ACA eligibility and to produce reports. However, there are hopes to still utilize the ACA eligible field on the persons assignment. Once this field is populated, a LE would kick off to allow the person to enroll in respective benefit plans.
It does not seem that there is a table or column name option while creating a person change to configure such a life event out of the box.
Has anyone configured this in the past/have details needed or does anyone have a person change fast formula handy to accomplish this? If so, could you please pass along?
