Posting Jobs with Remote or Virtual location

Seeking insight regarding how companies handle posting requisitions with remote or virtual locations

Currently, we are posting more jobs which may be worked remotely, from anywhere in US.  I am reviewing options of how to configure in Taleo. 

  1. Is the best option to add an additional state under the United States location structure?
  2. Has anyone added “Remote” or “Virtual” to their location structure?  If so, are you satisfied with the result?
  3. What were the impacts on job boards and searches, such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Enhanced Google search
  4. Do you have an integration with an HRMS? If yes, any impacts?
