Do we have the ability in OTBI or HCM Extract to PUSH data out to a third party vendor by calling the vendor's rest API and supplying the data either through XML or JSON?  I understand that we have APIs to PULL data out of Cloud HCM but this time, it is Cloud HCM that needs to push data out. If the capability is not available, which service is available in Oracle to do this? Is this something that Integration Cloud can do? Thanks!
