Taleo - How to declutter Offers Tab

Hello,

Does anyone know how to declutter the Offers Tab in Taleo?  Regardless of Fluid or Flex, we have a number of candidates appearing in the Offers Tab from filled reqs.  The candidates are in the Hired step, and they still appear on the offers list.  This issue leads to an ever-growing list of offers. See my screenshot for more details.
