Disable Subledger accounting information from FAH to GL for some business events

Summary

We have a business requirement where certain business events from source application should account in sub ledger and disable posting to GL (Main goal is to maintain balances in Subledger only)

For example, the source file has 3 events, event 1, event 2, and event 3, all three should be accounted at the sub-ledger level but only event3 accounting information should NOT be transferred to GL.
