Hi,
I have created an Off Boarding checklist which sends a Notification to the Manager and Employee when a Termination has been entered for the Employee. The HR Administrator can view the Checklists and when they open a Checklist task there is a section called 'Basic Information' but it contains no details (see screen shot below). How are those fields populated? I'm guessing I have missed out something on the configuration but can't seem to work it out.
