Weekly integration stuck issue

After 20B upgrade, we are noticing few of our scheduled integrations are getting randomly stuck and do not deliver the files. Has anyone faced this issue?

Dear Experts, We are noticing that 2 of our specific integration has recently failed to deliver the files and were stuck. I had to cancel the process and rescheduled the integration which once failed again.  Oracle is stating that this is a known issue and workaround is to reschedule or having the CWB patch applied prior to 20C which supposed to fix this issue. Has anyone faced similar issue? What's the workaround you have used & if had this patch applied to your instance which may have fixed this issue.
