The business has decided they want the option to give feedback without the one receiving the feedback being able to see it (don't ask me why). We've advised the ones giving feedback to manually navigate to the worker's spotlight that's being reviewed and posting the feedback from there with the visibility set to 'Managers only'. The feedback Template contains a questionnaire that is a single free format text box.

Now, for the yearly review cycle, HR wants to monitor whether everybody has received feedback (and preferably also by whom).

I've created a report in OTBI, (because the documentation on BIP tables is abysmal), in the subject area Workforce Performance - Requested Feedback Real Time. Here I managed to get a lot of the columns I would require to report. However, the ones that are added 'Ad Hoc' (without a request), seem to not be in my data set.
