Wrong Sold to LE populating on PO when creating an "Emergency Requisition"

Hello,

While creating an "Emergency Requisition", the PO assigned is defaulting to the default sold to LE attach to Requisition BU rather than populating the LE based on inventory organization of the deliver to location used on the requisition. Pls help.

FYI-- SFO is not setup in the system.
