Talent Profile Skills Content Section (Skills LOV / Item Catalog)

edited Sep 2, 2020 6:39PM in Career and Succession 12 comments

Summary

How can we use a skills list of values to assist populating the skills content section on the talent profile. While also using the Linkedin profile import to match skills from linkedin to LOV skills.

Hello All,

A few questions here:

  1. What is your experience when a client needs to use the skills section for the Linkedin profile import but wants to use an LOV skills to help populate the skills? While also using those same skills in the Model profiles but maintain the integrity data over time?
  2. Is it on the roadmap to have the Skills section available to use a skills LOV / Item catalog, and if so, what is the timeline for that?

Howdy, Stranger!
