Unable to find staffing Agent in Fluid

Unable to find Agency in Fluid to post a Requisition. For Example, when a Requisition is posted to Ireland Location and Agency Location is on UK. The Agency is not showing up when searched in Fluid. However, in Legacy we can find Agency/Agent irrespective  of location it is added to and Requisition is posted to different location.

For now we are going back to Legacy to add Agency. In Fluid, in Staffing Agent Selector OLF details are  prepopulated based on the Requisition OLF and I don't see this to be removed and search for Agency which is added on different location.
