OB Re-evaluation not occuring after 20B.2 upgrade

Summary

We have 'Proactive update of waiting conditions' set to 'Yes' in OB, however since upgrade to 20B.2 our email is not being re-evaluated when it gets changed like it did before.

We have 'Proactive update of waiting conditions' set to 'Yes' in Onboarding, however since upgrading to 20B.2 our email is not being re-evaluated when it gets changed like it did before.  If anyone else is using OB and re-evaluation, can you let me know if yours is still working or not after the 20B upgrade and what dot version you are on?  I have an SR open but wanted to see if anyone else is having this issue as well to tag onto.
