Hello,

Has anyone written a report of HR Actions history that includes original action entry (creation) date? I don't want to use LAST UPDATED DATE because this date gets updated every time there is a CORRECTION. Some auditors won't accept this. I would like to know when and who originally created this entry and then all subsequent updates. 

I tried using PER-ALL_ASSIGNMENT_M table and its field - CREATION DATE but this only gives the created date of the assignment. I want this for all HR Actions not just HIRE action.
