To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Creating Checklists in Core HR- Authors name and person number appears on every task
Summary
We want to be able to hide the author's details when checklist tasks are triggeredContent
We are trying to use checklists for a number of different areas, such as new starters, leavers, etc. However, we have found that whoever has created the checklist has their name and person number attached to every task that is triggered. We do not want either of these to appear. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how have you resolved this? We were wondering if we would have to create a 'dummy' user to get around this.
