Hello,

We use SQM for some internal questionnaires in relation to vendor management. The following scenario happened recently and I was hoping someone would be able to help.

A person in the AP team sent out a questionnaire from SQM to an employee. The employee responded but at a time when the person in the AP team was on holiday. Other people in the team tried to review the questionnaire and accept the responses but when they found the relevant initiative all of the responses were blank and they were only populated once the person from AP had accepted the responses.
