FAQ notification and approval to users
When a new FAQ is created, can we able to send notifications to all business user?
I have seen a profile option "CSO_NOTIFICATIONS_PUBLISH" which will send notifications to authors informing them that an article was recently published
and I have enabled those option. But not received any notifications after created.
Please let me know how this notifications will work.
And how can we send FAQ approval to manager when a new article is created in the application?
Anyone aware of it please let me know.
