Competency Description to appear on Job/Position Profile

Does anyone know if its possible (and how) to display the competency description and proficiency level on a model profile? For example when adding a competency to a job or position profile,  the only things you see are the name, and importance (see image). Showing this on the profile (as well as the performance review) would be beneficial. 

 

For example when the profile is being created it would  helpful to see the competency description when it is added. That way if the wrong competency was added, you can clearly tell.
