Change Step Status Error (20B)

Encountering error when changing step/status to Hired to kickoff onboarding.Content
In 20B we have been getting the following error message when changing the step/status to Hired to kickoff the onboarding process for new hires. It doesn't happen to everyone, and it doesn't happen in legacy recruiting. It's always the same "pLabel error" as seen in the screenshot below. I'm getting zero traction from my Oracle SR and was wondering if anyone has encountered this.
