Job offer letter not available in approval flow

Hi Experts,

Currently we cant figure out a way to include the job offer letter to be part of the approval flow . So we add them as part of attachment in the approval flow manually. 

Is it possible to add offer letter make the offer letter in the approval notification automatically?
