Based on Recruiting Type Restrict Creation of Job Requisition

We would like to restrict access to creating job requisition based on recruiting type, for example, for some users we only want them to create requisitions for Hourly but they cannot create requisitions for Executive.

Is there a security role or personalization that I can achieve this with?
