Option needed for Global Candidate Email Addresses

Hi Team, I would like to know how manufacturing companies get around the issue of global candidates not having email addresses. On our Linamar webpage Candidate Site, the email of the candidate has to be entered and it is mandatory with no other option. Globally, this is a problem as a lot of the candidates use WeChat.  Having an option to use a phone number would be helpful.  We would like to know other options that manufacturing companies use instead of email addresses for global candidates.
