Reminder Process doesn't work

Subscription expired in 30 days are not picked up

Hi,

I set up the attached notification rule and template set, and assign it to the subscription rule.

When I run ESS job 'Process Consolidated Subscription Reminder Events' or 'Process Subscription Event Notifications', none of the subscription expired in 30 days are picked up in the ESS job.

Any idea what's missing?
