Ebs- AP Invoice error

I faced attached error while create AP invoice and the tax configuration has been done and cannot clicked on any bottoms in AP invoice.

Ex: when click on Tax Calculation, Tax details or Distribution, the error show again.

Note* we upgraded from 11 to 12 and the issue in test instance when tested the cycles.
