Limit invoice number to a certain format

Summary

We need to restrain the possible invoice numbers to comply with a certain logic

Content

We need to be able to limit the invoice numbers to comply with the structure "####-########" 

4 numbers + "-" + 8 numbers

That is the structure of invoice numbers in our country.
