How can we differentiate Internal and External Jobs in Sourcing Site

Hi,

We are implementing Social Sourcing and want to use a Site as a "Job Site and Referral" where in External Candidates can come and apply for a job and Internal Employees can apply as well as refer external candidates. Where we are stuck is for an internal employee they see list of jobs which are posted either on External/Internal Career Sections and are synced to this Site. How can employees filter the jobs as internal or external. There are no facets available for the same.

Any help will be useful.
