Personal Payment Methods - Can't remove bank account #2 (1st post locked for commenting?)

Once added - cannot delete a direct deposit bank accountContent
When we add a new bank account for an employee, the record stays there forever. There is an "Active" checkbox that doesn't seem to do anything.
This is frustrating for the Payroll team since even records added in error cannot be removed.
