Hi Everyone, 

Is it possible to default/pre-populate fields within the Requisition Structure, Details and Offer Info as part of the hiring manager requisition initiation fields?

By default, our managers would be able to answer the Basics but our process is to have the approval occur after the Hiring Manager versus after the Recruiter. And the fields within these sections are vital to the approval. 

Can anyone advise how they have done this with other clients? Or, if you have another idea of how we could handle this. Otherwise, we will need to consider adding an additional role to requisition creation process.
