How to properly use Talent review Meeting.dat layout

Hello all

I'm going through  a lot of problems to try uploading a talentReviewMeeting.dat in the system.
I've downloaded it trough HCM... but didn't manage to make a layout that gave me the result I wanted

I don't want to create  a meeting.
1 - I want to update the workers that are to participate on it. (not the participants -> The reviewee) -> this is the first layout

Note (a plus): If possible and i need to find a hard to get field like "Reviewee meeting id" -> i only found it for users who are already in a meeting a query to get this info would really help.
