we want to do the set up of the SR based on the user Business unit, at the moment oracle have thie guide to the configuration but, the rules provides access to the default Business unit and the users own unit.

in the "manage database resources" from the security console we find the policie "Service Request Header" and the SQL statement (attached in image) that do the visibility based on Business Units
